The Services include the website, portal and applications accessible through the Bentek Private Portal which enable users to enroll in their employer sponsored insurance benefits programs. The Services also include the Bentek Public Website which (i) provides for accessing, viewing and downloading general information relating to our products, services, and events; and (ii) creates an online community for registered users for the purpose of initiating, conducting and participating in community discussions and surveys. The Services also include all of the applications accessed via single sign on through the Websites, and all related user manuals, help facilities and other documentation. In order to access the core functionality of the Services, You must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 16 years of age to obtain an Account. Bentek collects certain information from our users at several different points on our Services.
